1. Controller

2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany). When the pages are accessed, the web server automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date/time, file requested, user agent, referrer) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). The log files are deleted according to STRATO's standard retention periods. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

3. No cookies — cookieless analytics (Plausible)

eosl365.de sets no cookies. For audience measurement we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia — EU-hosted), a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics solution: no cookies are set, no personal data is stored and no cross-device profiles are built. Only aggregated usage data is collected (page viewed, referrer, browser/device type, country); the IP address is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of website usage (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Details: plausible.io/data-policy.

4. Newsletter (EOSL digest)

When you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address, the time of subscription and the IP address of the subscription (proof of consent, Art. 7 (1) GDPR). Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: the subscription is only active after you click the confirmation link. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Sending is handled via the hosting server (Strato, see above); no open or click trackers are used. Every email contains an unsubscribe link — unsubscribing fully deletes your subscription data. Unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted automatically after 14 days.

5. External links / partner links

This website contains labelled partner links (e.g. to TechCare Solutions GmbH). When you click an external link you leave eosl365.de; the privacy policy of the target site then applies. For conversion measurement, neutral URL parameters (UTM parameters) are appended to the partner links; these contain no personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
